Where do you ship to?
Shipping only available within the USA
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are added to Sign cost. Shipping is typically ~$50+ but will vary depending on your location and size of your sign, please keep in mind I am shipping from Hawai'i. Shipping rates fluctuate and they may inflate around the holidays.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via USPS or UPS
Returns
How do I return an item?
I do not accept returns, However if the product has been damaged during transit please contact me within 48 hrs and we can figure out replacement.
Ordering
How do I make a Custom Order?
Please visit the CUSTOM ORDER tab and fill out the form to start your Custom Order.
Premade Designs (eg. dinosaur sign) have set prices, you can purchase them via their listing.
Custom sign Orders do not have a listing and price will not be the same as premade designs. Custom orders must be made by filling out CUSTOM ORDER FORM.
Payment Methods
Payment methods are posted below. If you are doing Local Pickup (Oahu, HI) I will accept remaining balance in Cash.
